I have dabbled with real estate since I bought my first home in 1991. I bought a duplex and lived in one unit while renting out the other. Since then, I have purchased 3 more properties fixed them up and sold them all for a profit. My last purchase has brought me down here to the beautiful state of NC where I decided to get my realtor license and make this a full-time venture. I spent the last 30 years working my way up in a fortune 500 company and gaining many valuable skills along the way. My attention to detail, good communication, and meeting deadlines are a few of the skills that I can use to help you negotiate selling or buying your next home.
