I chose to enter into this business following more than 30 years in the banking industry evaluating client credit needs.
A key part of my role in my prior career as part of the bank senior management team was working with subdivision developers and local residential builders, tracking home pricing and sales trends throughout the Triad, and following new subdivision activity.
